More Traveling Stitcher and a Small finish

I finished the Needlebook cover for the LHN Traveling stitcher. Today we are going to finish them up and attach the stitched pieces to the finished pocket.

Then last night I just wanted to do something quick and easy so I stitched Sweet Sentiment a freebie by Linda Palmer. I love the saying. It seems to be what I need this year, LOL. It is stitched on an opalescent linen with Carries Creation Epiphany Silk floss.

Here is the first part of the Traveling Stitcher from Little House Needleworks done. This part goes on the outside of the pouch and forms an addition pocket. (excuse the wrinkles, I haven't ironed it yet :) )

This is for a sudberry box for my sister. It is only a year late getting done, LOL..I promised to stitch her something for the lid last year, then hated what I was stitching. this is the replacement. It is about 1/2 done. Hopefully I can finish it this week :)..

returned to my home recently. Everyone who worked on it did a fantastic job. I just have 2 of the eight squares to finish. I am going to get my sister Vicki to stitch one and I will do the other.

This is what I am working on this week. It is the traveling stitcher pocket from LHN. I have got the pouch or pocket to put it onto when done. My sister and I are both working on it at the same time :)..

Finally Back!

I really fell of the world for awhile, stopped stitching and just cocooned, but now I am back. I started stitching again this last week. I got quite a bit done actually for not having stitched much at all the last month.

This is a little surprise I am working on for my sister. Her birthday is in August. It will go in a trivet frame. The design is Sisters-Best Friends from Hobb Nobb.

The picture below is Just Nan's Whimsy summer made into an ornament for an exchange. It is outlined in beads and the handle is made of beads.

Finally the above picture is a blurry shot of my 2 over 40ct restart of my HAED Black Cherry. I am enjoying it much more than 1 over 28. :). And the colors are really bright.

I have now started on LHN Traveling Stitcher piece. I am gonna work on a few little ones to get my mojo going and then get back to the biggies.

I will be around more now!!!
